Legal requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or a request from a government authority — for example, in response to a lawful subpoena. We will notify you where legally permitted to do so.

Business transfers

If Cloud Ninja Dev is ever acquired, merged, or undergoes a significant ownership change, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before that happens and give you the option to have your data deleted.

Our website uses a minimal number of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking cookies.

• Invoice and payment records: retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations
• Website analytics data: retained in anonymised, aggregated form only — no personal identifiers
